What to Expect When You Visit
We serve W-2 employees, 1099 workers, independent contractors, and self-employed individuals across Lubbock. Maybe this is your first time filing without help, or maybe you've been putting it off. Either way, we'll help you figure out where to start and get it done.
Step 1: Gather your documents.
Bring your tax documents to our office or upload them online, and we'll scan them for you. If you're unsure what to bring, give us a call and we'll help.
Step 2: Walk in or schedule a time.
Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We'll set up a client profile for you, plus your spouse if you're filing together.
Step 3: Sit down with a tax pro.
You'll meet one-on-one with a member of our team, who will review your documents and prepare your return. We aim to have you in and out in under an hour whenever possible. If you need more time to gather paperwork, we'll help you reschedule.
